IMP - Intelligent Mark Positioning

The patented IMP, Intelligent Mark Positioning offers a unique means of improving laser marking and engraving processes through mark verification and alignment.

This unparalleled integrated system results in superior marking precision with “through-the-lens vision“. 

 

DK-ST Double head unit

Simultaneous marking of two identical work pieces by use of two scan heads and one beam splitter. The laser beam is split in a percentage of 50/50.

The design depicted here shows a customer-specific configuration. Integration in existing systems or customer-specific adaptations can be carried out.

Rotation unit

Unit for radial marking of cylindrical components.

Focus-Shifter

For changing the focus height within milliseconds.

The Focus-Shifter allows changing the focus height between two selectable stages. The maximum vertical distance between the two stages depends on the used lens.
